Hi, my name is Kirsty Mitchell. I am an Arts Therapist, Mental Health Clinician and Career Practitioner, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
I am a “yes, and..." practitioner, "yes" an affirmative acceptance of what is; "and", future possibilities to create change in an emerging process. My arts approach is "no experience needed" with a focus on process.
I integrate a diverse range of therapeutic tools that are evidence based, trauma and neuroscience informed that focus on client strengths to support you to achieve your goals.

I am a qualified Art Therapist (AThR), registered with ANZACATA - the Professional Association for Creative Arts Therapies in Australia, New Zealand and Asia and adhere to these ethical practice standards.
I also am a trained specialist in Neurographica, a contemporary art practice that is dynamic and transformative, supporting clients to express themselves and create change.
